KMT Distribution Return Policy
CANCELLATION, RETURNS, AND REFUNDS
Order Cancellation Before Shipment.
I understand and agree that I may cancel an order at any time prior to shipment for a full refund. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but eligible items may be returned as described below.
Final Sale Items (Not Returnable).
All sales are final on the following items, and these items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund for any reason:
Tobacco Products, including but not limited to cigarettes, cigars, cigarillos, tobacco wraps, pipe tobacco, and any other product categorized or treated as a tobacco product.
E-Liquids, including any nicotine or non-nicotine e-liquid, e-juice, salt nicotine, freebase nicotine, or any liquid intended for use in a vape or ENDS device, whether sold in bottles, pods, or other containers.
Disposable Vape Products, including any disposable e-cigarette, disposable vape, or other single-use ENDS device, whether rechargeable or non-rechargeable, and regardless of nicotine content.
Clearance Items, including any item marked “Clearance,” “Final Sale,” or otherwise designated as non-returnable on the website or invoice.
Returnable Items.
All items that are not listed above as Final Sale Items are eligible for return, subject to the requirements below.
Return Request Window.
To be eligible for a return, I must notify KMT Distribution in writing within 24 hours of delivery to request return authorization and instructions. Any request made after 24 hours from delivery will be denied.
Return Condition Requirements.
I acknowledge and agree that all approved returns must be:
Unused, unopened, and in original, resalable condition
In the original packaging, with all components included exactly as shipped
Free of damage, markings, tape, labels, or alterations not originally present upon delivery
KMT Distribution reserves the right to deny a return or reduce a refund if returned Goods do not meet these requirements.
Return Shipping.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing by KMT Distribution, I am solely responsible for all return shipping costs and for ensuring the returned Goods are packaged securely and shipped with tracking. Risk of loss for returned Goods remains with me until KMT Distribution receives and inspects the returned Goods.
Refunds.
After KMT Distribution receives the returned Goods and confirms the return is eligible, KMT Distribution will issue a refund for the purchase price of the eligible returned Goods. Shipping charges and any payment processing fees are non-refundable unless required by law or unless KMT Distribution confirms in writing that the return was due to KMT Distribution error.
No Returns Without Authorization.
Returns sent without written authorization and instructions from KMT Distribution may be refused and returned to me at my expense, with no refund issued.
Final Sale Reminder.
For clarity, Tobacco Products, E-Liquids, Disposable Vape Products, and Clearance Items are final sale. No returns. No exceptions.
