Before Starting, Please Make Sure You Have The Following:
BUSINESS DETAILS
Have your company name, retail address, and EIN (tax ID) ready for verification.
BUSINESS LICENSE
Have a copy of your valid state business license, tobacco/OTP license, or any documents required in your state in JPG or PNG format.
CONTACT INFORMATION
Provide your owner or manager’s name, phone number, and email so we can confirm your account.
Account Verification Requirements
To shop with us, your account must be verified. We are required to keep current state and federal tax licenses on file to ensure we sell only to licensed businesses. We cannot approve accounts with online-only businesses or home addresses, a licensed retail business address is required.
For ENDs products, you must provide the licenses your state requires (state tax, business, tobacco/OTP/vapor). Accounts will not be approved without these documents.
