1 Shipping Rates & Calculations
KMT Distribution uses live shipping rates on our website. Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of the order, the number of boxes required, packaging adjustments, and carrier rates.
The shipping rate displayed at checkout is an estimate. The final shipping cost may be lower or higher once the order is finalized, packed, and prepared for shipment.
2 Free Shipping & Pickup Options
Free shipping is available for Michigan customers on orders over $1,000, excluding items marked as Heavy Items.
Pickup is available only for customers in Michigan.
3 Additional Shipping Costs & Restrictions
- Tobacco products include a 2.5% delivery fee when shipping is selected at checkout.
- Tobacco products can only be delivered in Michigan.
- Items marked as Heavy Items on the website have an additional shipping charge that will be determined after the order is finalized.
- Items marked Pick Up Only are not available to ship.
4 Final Shipping Costs
The shipping rate provided at checkout is an estimate. The final shipping cost may be lower or higher depending on packaging adjustments and carrier rates at the time of shipment.
All items labeled as Heavy Item are excluded from free shipping. Shipping for Heavy Items will be calculated after the order is processed, and KMT Distribution will contact you with the final shipping amount.
5 Policy Changes & Customer Agreement
KMT Distribution may modify its shipping policy at any time without prior notice.
By submitting an order, you agree to pay the final shipping charges determined at the time of shipment. If you do not agree to those charges, you may cancel the order prior to shipment for a full refund.
After an order has shipped, shipping charges are not eligible for refund.
6 Shipping Availability
By placing an order with KMT Distribution, you agree to this shipping policy.
We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico.
